Karves Yhtiöt Ltd. acquired 24 % of the shares in Eneron Ltd.
Karves Yhtiöt Ltd. acquired 24 % of the shares in Eneron Ltd. from founding partner and Chairman of the Board of Eneron, Mr. Kari Hirvijärvi on December 2, 2015. CEO Kim Karves from Karves Yhtiöt sees that the transaction benefits the customers by creating even more comprehensive services in property maintenance, renovation and the optimization of energy efficiency. Both companies continue their operations independently but in close cooperation.
Eneron, established in 2011, is a Finnish company specialized in reducing energy consumption and improving energy efficiency in buildings. The company supplies a unique cloud service software for energy management, indoor climate condition monitoring and improvement as well as consulting services related to energy efficiency in buildings. Karves Yhtiöt is specialized in providing comprehensive services in building renovation and energy efficiency. The company has grown rapidly during the recent years.
